ABOUT

Cross Point Adult Residential Facility operates an Adult Residential Facility for Intellectual/Developmentally
Disabled adults. Cross Point hopes to create an environment where consumers feel safe enough to take
Healthy Risks by having unconditional acceptance of the consumer and not behaviors. Routines will be
conductive to learning and to building a conductive support network. The purpose of Cross Point is to
provide excellent care and go beyond what is considered the norm of adult services by providing
specialized and tailored environments for our clients.

The type of settings, living status, personal
socialization requirements, personal activities, social activities, leisure activities, religious activities and
any other activities Cross Point provide, will be at the said request of the consumer (when not in conflict
with any regulations that would harm the consumer or staff at Cross Point). Our services include full-time
residential care, direct-care/nursing staff for any necessary medical needs. The facility will be
equipped to care for 5 to 8 individuals, including socializing and entertainment areas. Our goal is to
meet the social, physical, mental, recreational, educational and vocational needs for all of our residents.
